Shipping Policy


Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours for standard products. Delivery times for all shipping methods are predicted to be between 3 to 5 business days.

Expected Delivery Times:

Rajasthan: Enjoy next day delivery or 2 day delivery for all orders placed before 11 am.
Delhi & NCR: 2 to 4 working days
Rest of India: 4 to 7 working days*

*Orders from certain border regions like Kashmir, North Eastern states might take longer based on complexity or courier services

You will receive tracking details as soon as your package is packed and ready to be shipped.

Order placed on Saturday after 9 am are dispatched on Monday.

Our office is closed on Sunday & on public holidays.

We may get in touch with you through phone or email to get your confirmation of the delivery address & for confirmation if you place cash on delivery order.

For shipping within India, we only use reputable courier services like Blue Dart, Delhivery & DTDC  etc. In the event that a shipment is delayed by the shipping company or for any other reason outside of our company’s control, artrina is not responsible. We will make every effort to deliver your order on time and within the window of time indicated in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible due to a factor beyond Artina control, such as inadequate courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, or significant unforeseen events, we will notify you of this fact; you can cancel your order, and issue a full refund.

The delivery partner will make three efforts to deliver each order. The order will be treated as a return if the shipment is refused or is unsuccessful in all attempts.

Shipment Fees:

A shipping fee of Rs.49 is payable for orders up to Rs.649.

Free Delivery on orders Above Rs.649

Damages during Shipping or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect items, kindly reach out to the support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and we will send you a replacement product or refund based on availability of the item.
